Hotels in Black Rock

„Excellent all around. Lovely staff and view.“

„The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. “

„This place was super isolated and very nice! Quiet and worth the money“

„The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.“

„Friendly staff and great tasting breakfast!!“

„We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.“

„Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff, well there’s not a front desk but when called for assistance it was given pleasantly. Pool was clean, the game room was out of order the day I was gonna use it with my family so that sucked. But overall was a nice stay“

„No trouble finding the apartment ,the taxi drivers knows exactly. The Apartmemt is very clean and the owners are friendly and wilkomen.“

„Property was very clean and smooth check in process“

„Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit Balkonterasse Parkplatz vorhanden Keine Lärmbelästigung durch Flugzeuge “

„The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. In using the pool we asked for additional towel - We were told by the manager that there are NO extra towels. He eventually said he went to another room and got us 2 towels. We requested housekeeping on the second day of our stay - they forgot and it had to be put off to the next day. The hotel is surrounded by mangrove so ...
