« The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return. Thank you. »

« Bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest, I had to use the towels not to be on direct contact with them...and nobody responded to help me or even apologize....i have never seen that and I travel a lot »

« Hôtel bien localisé, près du stade mineur de baseball des Red Wings de Rochester. Malheureusement, le secteur de l'hôtel ne nous a pas inspiré confiance dès notre arrivée. L'hôtel en lui-même était parfait, très bon déjeuner pour le prix demandé! »

« Beautiful new hotel, very welcoming staff, except that the room was not clean a lot of dust on the fridge, table and shower not washing with germs. »

« It was very inconvenient having to enter the airport every time we returned to our room but my bad for not realizing the hotel was located on airport property. This hotel is extremely overpriced for the type of room this was. It was a small room with a very tiny bathroom. Not many parking spots either. This is a convenient place to stay if you’re needing somewhere to sleep after a flight and I guess that is what you’re paying $200/a night. »

« Rooms are very nice and the location is good. There is no reception or anyone working onsite - all contact with hotel staff is by phone. »

« Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash. »
