« Stayed 3 nights mid week to the sat morning. Warm friendly welcome, breakfast was great spoilt for choice. Had eve ing meal there on 1st night theres not much choice but was ok plenty of other local places to eat but was convienant for 1st night. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Parking was good although charged at 13 a day they only charged us for 1 day as i think its mainly charged to discourage non guests from parking. There is limited free parking on the road outside to.

« No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. »
« Nice hotel. Just what you would expect really. Very grateful for view of pleasure beach. This made my daughter’s holiday very special. Let down a bit by reception staff. Young girl very miserable & didn’t seem to be enjoying her job at all. There was also a terrible smell from our bathroom the whole time. Poss drain problem? Cleaners on the other hand were wonderfully courteous & welcoming. Overall a good stay & would stay again. »
