Hôtel North Shore, Blackpool

« Helpful reception staff, room was clean and spacious. »

« Magnifique hotel victorien pour un voyage en arriere »

« EV drivers: don’t make the mistake I did and choose this hotel over nicer alternatives because it advertises EV charging. The hotel itself is dated and shabby. Our tiny, oddly shaped room had clearly been subdivided at some point. The bathroom looked nothing like the modern ones pictured online: mouldy grouting, rust-coloured staining, tired shower curtain and an extremely narrow bath. At 6ft, I had to shower sideways to avoid touching both the cold tiles and clingy curtain. My mother has...

« No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. »

« Really kind staff & lovely hotel by the sea »

« We totally enjoyed our stay at the Doric. The room was spotless & all the staff were excellent. The reception staff, the bar staff & in particular, the restaurant staff were all amazing. Louise in the restaurant has the most incredible customer service skills. She went above & beyond for us & others. All the restaurant staff were very attentive & the food was very good 😊 »

« Stay with my family for the night. And hotel was lovely. Rooms were clean, bed comfy. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend. »

« Always a nice stay here, a quite area on the promenade, but only a few mins from the hustle and bustle. Great live entertainment every night. Stayed here about 6 times now, an ideal place for your holiday base. »

« Very personable couple. We got upgraded to the penthouse which was a really nice room with the biggest TV i've seen in any accommodation i've booked thus far. Nice little extras in the room too, such as little chocolates/biscuits, toilet roll being pressed, and water in the fridge. Would definitely stay again if we plan another trip to blackpool in the future. »

« Excellent value B&B. Single room was small but clean, the bed was comfy and the shower as good as any. Nearby car park and there is the possibility of free on-street parking a few blocks’ walk away. Handy location for Tower and North Beach. »

« was in 109 first and the shower did not go warm and was very weak and the tv had no reflex then was move to 309 the shower ok just went hot and cold all the time even when you had it at the right temperature and the tv didnt work in the either nor did the door close not sure if we stay again »

« Very clean everything »

« Bad experience, as I was not able to check in, got there as at the time given to me, to check in, nobody was there, door locked, called the number but nobody answered, waited for few minutes , saw nobody, I had to pay for another hotel elsewhere. I came back in the evening to check again, the place was still locked, nobody in, I called another different number I saw outside the door, and someone else picked, says nobody in but he will be there soon. All in all, I paid for an hotel, I couldn’t...

« Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out. »

« Car Parking was available ! »
