Not sure whether my comments will seriously make any difference based on the feedback I'm already aware of, or will it improve the service going forward.
'Welcome' on arrival was non-existent and felt as if we were an inconvenience, however we were early and the man did take the time to call us to advise our rooms were ready.
Unfortunately no one asked whether we enjoyed our stay or asked if anything was ok. As a result we were unsure who to communicate feedback to.
Anyway, not the best experience, although our young boys did really enjoy the bunk beds, which made us happy.
Whilst searching for our baby's dummy I discovered a discarded wrapper and used tissue at the side of the bed.
Unable to pay ok card, as card reader system down only made the visit more difficult.
We made the booking as the photos were appealing, particularly as they showed good food, cocktails and bar area. Unfortunately the bar wasn't open and the staff were evasive when discussing the dinner arrangements. We ended up eating elsewhere.
Perhaps my expectations were off but spent £119 for a family room.
I expect my feedback will be as welcome as other guests that have provided feedback.
