„We were looking for a place to stay for New Years Eve in Birch Bay - It had everything as advertised and a bit more - we did have some plumbing issues, but the host took care of that right away, which was awesome - would stay again“

„Truly gorgeous little condo across the street from the beach! Everything is brand new. I think we must’ve been some of the first people to stay there. We loved all the finishes! Beautiful, clean hardwood floors. Check-in was super easy! Walking distance to the state park. The public beach is right across the street. And there’s a couple restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Five out of five stars! We will be back!! Also the kitchen was super well stocked! “

„My only comment would be to suggest that there could be a lamp beside the bed that is easy to turn off when you are in bed . The lamp has the switch at the top which requires you to get out of bed to turn it off . More hangers also on the clothes rack please “

„Overall a great stay. Got in late and the home was a bit hot. Opening the windows for some cross breeze helped cool things off. Kitchen was well appointed and we really just used it as a crash pad to prep for a wedding weekend and to serve as base camp to a visit to Vancouver day trip. A quick visit to the boardwalk was nice and there was a sand castle competition of sorts and some festivities over the weekend. “

It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.“
