This condo is centrally located in Birch Bay at Jacobs Landing, one of the most requested places to stay. Jacobs Landing is directly across the street from the water with lots of room to sit and watch a sunset or build a beach fire. The condo is centrally located at Jacobs Landing with only a short walk to the beach or to the clubhouse on property where the indoor pool, tennis court, game room and other activities are located. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath upper unit has a Queen size bed in the lower bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen to make a light snack or a meal. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, Cable TV, access to a small deck with propane BBQ for your use. This lower level also has a washer/dryer and full size bathroom. Upstairs is another Queen bed and a half bath. The Owner has provided complimentary WIFI for your use during your stay. Pets are allowed for a non refundable pet fee of $100.00 per pet (max 2)

This property is centrally located and close to all Birch Bay has to offer. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants, bike rentals, kayak and paddle board rentals, golf cart rentals, coffee shops ice cream and candy store and so. much more.

Although not a water view it is quieter but still only a very brief walk to the water. The beach has fire pits which are first come first serve but please enjoy.
