„My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! “

„The property did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet. We'd never been to Seattle and were pleasantly surprised with not only the space, but the location. It was so close to most of the places we went to visit. I had a little difficulty checking in, but nothing unmanageable. The only problem we did have had to do with the parking. „Great location in walking distance to a lot of popular tourist areas- we would walk to the monorail station at the Space Needle with our kids and take it to Pike Market. Great weekend stay before our cruise, laundry (stackable) was a plus and convenience store across the street for waters and such. Restaurants all around, as well. Loved it. “

„This was the perfect location and property for a friend and myself to spend a few days exploring the city. The condo is perfectly located to many of the popular sites and has restaurants and grocery store nearby. Inside, it was very accurately described in the listing. „My family and I had a wonderful stay here.The owners were extremely communicative about the rules , keys , etc.The apartment was clean & had plenty of room for our family of 5 .. as well as most amenities that may be needed during the stay. The accessible gym & rooftop access were nice as well. And we were within walking distance for all the activities we had planned for our weekend. Having a place to park was nice too. Great place to stay from start to finish . “

„This was an amazing find! My room was comfortable and attractively furnished. The entire facility was immaculately clean. They've obviously thought of everything in terms of convenience. And the location can't be beat. In addition the host was very helpful and responded to every inquiry almost immediately. Yes, the intake form was a little tedious, but as that's literally the only thing I could possibly find to complain about, it was totally worth it. “

„The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that “

„Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful.
