Across three floors, this home has 7 spacious bedrooms to choose from. The bedrooms on both the main level & the first floor can be accessed without needing to walk up/down any stairs. Every room has its own 65" smart TV.

On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a king bed, located right off of the game room, with easy access to a full bathroom on this same level.

Upstairs on the main level (same level that you enter through the front door), there are 4 more bedrooms. The first on this level is right off of the kitchen, and has two full-over-queen trundle beds (total of 2 fulls & 2 queens). Right down the hall are the 3 remaining bedrooms, each with 1 king bed. One of these king bedrooms also has its own private ensuite bathroom.

On the third floor, the two remaining bedrooms have 1 king bed in each, and share a hall bathroom.

There are 4 full bathrooms throughout this home, with at least one on each level. The bathroom on the first floor has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only.

On the main level, the primary bedroom's ensuite bathroom also has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only. Right down the hall, there is a second bathroom on this floor with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

On the third floor, the final bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with stainless steel appliances, a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods), and a breakfast nook with 4 seats overlooking the bay window into the peaceful, private yard.

To accommodate all your friends and family, we have TWO full dining rooms, right next to one another, making this a great space for easy entertainment! Each dining room has one table that can comfortably seat 8 (for a total of 16 seats), as well as another large dining table right on the back deck with enough space to seat 10 more.

Pet Fee: $75 per pet, per night, maximum of 5 pets (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
