« Because there was a storm and a tree fell in the I e bedroom cottage we were in the large cottage. It was beautiful property, I was thankful I wasn’t I. The smaller one. The only thing is the left over or provided stuff in the kitchen cupboards were mostly expired and should be purged. I felt two pods of coffee was not enough for 2 night’s and three days. I had to go buy more coffee. I also accepted the larger cottage to not have to find other accommodations with no hot water. I think I should...

« We really enjoyed our stay. The property is clean with a nice water view and came with everything that we needed. The property owner response very rapidly and accommodates our requests. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sandbanks, particularly as a large group. »

She did not answer my request for how long it would take to receive back my security deposit (nor was said security deposit mentioned in 2 page contract) and it was only after I contacted VRBO that I got the money back minus the GST. « We had a wonderful stay at this rental in the center of Wellington. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 children. Everyone enjoyed the pool, which was very warm even though it doesn’t have a heater.
