« Despite my talking to the front desk and requesting several times, they never cleaned my room. The housekeeping staff was always gone by four and I did not return to the room until 415 to discover that they missed me. They asked me to put something on the door so that they would clean and I did but then they missed me again and told me the door hanger had to have checkmarks in certain boxes which no one explained to me. So I had different adult staying in this large room because we were there...

« Host was very helpful with check in and out instructions. House was amazing and very accommodating. The sauna was a pleasant surprise.
