« The property was beautifully decorated, cozy, clean, and included many thoughtful finishing touches. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer! »

« We had an efficiency room (Queen bed & kitchenette). It is very cozy (not a lot of room) but fine for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. »

« Adorable, cute and very clean. The management was great whenever I needed anything it was just a phone call and they handled it. Would def recommend. Only downfall was the noise level outside but that’s not really anything the property could control. »

« Property was very clean and spacious. Very rural setting with several fishing ponds. Grounds were well maintained w/ fire pits, picnic areas and lighted outdoor seating. Great place to go to disconnect and enjoy some quiet time. »

« It was perfect place to stay for my son’s JMU graduation. I wish I had found it before he graduated. I loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the fresh air and country side with the family. The host was so sweet and kind and we found out we knew some of her family from Chesapeake, VA ! It is a small world. »

« There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend! »

« Loved our stay the Sugar Maple Suite, the grounds were beautiful to walk around and the porch relaxing to sip wine in the swing. Will definite stay here again! »

« The cottage was beautiful! Clean and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and the location was fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed time by the campfire. Was a lovely time away! »

« So tranquil yet fun with activities. Great staff and service. The adjacent restaurant could have opened for a couple of more hours. A great place for getaway with golf or ski. »
