« Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed.
On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...

« The Mitchell Suite is in a great location allowing you to walk all of downtown Bryson city with ease. Right across the street from the railroad, but not loud at all. The space was clean and the bed and linens were good quality and comfortable. »

Room was clean but I do wish the A/C was a little cooler. The room was humid when we got there. Throughout the night it got better. Beds were soft, comfy and clean »
