3 couples stayed here the last week of Feb . Was terrific. Place is clean and quiet. Had plenty of glasses, plates etc. Beds are very comfortable. The property manager was so nice and communicated very well with us. When we called about the hot tub- they came very quickly and it was a circuit breaker- worked great from then on. We also felty very safe there. We felt the snorkeling was better just down the beach - but it was a very short walk

Great villa floor plan and quiet seclusion

Clean, magnificent outdoor pool deck with gas grill, pizza oven and awesome hot tub!Shopping and restaurants nearby. We beach hopped some days but the kids loved the villa and pool so much that we spent lots of fun family time staying “home”.

Loved this house!

Rented the house for a friends diving trip. From the house it was fairly easy to get into town. Loved coming back to the house in the afternoon and enjoying the incredible pool and outdoor area. Everything at the property was as stated in the listing. It was very clean and roomy for our group. The staff we communicated with was very responsive. Would defiantly recommend this house!

The house was spectacular.!! Everything was in order. We had ten family members - 9 adults and one 16 year old. The infinity pool and spa was well used by all. A ride of 30 minutes took you to Georgetown, seven mile beach and all the restaurants and night life. A great house for relaxing and winding down from daily life.

Good times & lots of leisure

We were 3 families traveling for leisure. The house is in a wonderful, quiet location. You absolutely must have a car for your group to travel with. It is a 10 minute drive to the grocery, and a 20 to 30 minute drive to all activities. That being said, we absolutely loved staying at this location. The house has plenty of space for our needs and outdoor pool sundeck, hot tub area was where our parties stayed a majority of the time. The beach, once we swept it ourselves, was very nice. Would be nice if this house would have a caretaker come by to do such activities. One of the showers is almost unusable (water barely comes out) in the middle bedroom. We did request it be fixed on the first day but it never was. We purchased two kayaks to use on a daily basis, but the coral is too thick to really enjoy them. Several people in our group got turned over and injured on the coral while trying to kayak. If you’re very interested in swimming in the water this might not be the location for you the coral makes it very difficult to enjoy the water. There was somewhere in tear around the house, like the cushions on the lounger’s, pillows, and one shower but otherwise the house is in good condition. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our group cooks a lot, and never needed anything. The security system works well and was easy to use. If we ever return to this location, we will probably stay here again. Our group very much enjoyed our stay for the week.

Great place

From the start we met Sonya upon arrival and she was fantastic. She offered to even take us to get groceries. Everything was seamless. The place was just as it said. It was clean enough bedrooms and the pool area was just what we needed. Everyone we met was so nice including the taxi drivers Marci and Devorn. There is a local store/gas station you can walk to. You can also take the bus for $2. I highly recommend this place for large and small groups.

Amazing property and the infinity pool was awesome!!

We loved this property! The views are spectacular!! It’s so so private and the shore had lots to explore with snorkeling and fishing right off the property. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked. They had plenty of coffee, beach towels, cascade, Dawn, laundry detergent, etc.

Beautiful views, great pool

We loved our stay here! House is exactly what you see in the pictures. The pool area was wonderful! We had two families of 5 each and the house was the perfect size for us. It does take about 25-30 minutes to get to many activities and restaurants. The beach was nice but lots of dead seaweed, but we heard that’s not normal. The beach is sandy up to the water where it gets rocky and lots of sea urchins for probably the first 20 feet but once u get past that there is good snorkeling. It did always seem to be more wavy in this area than 7 mile beach but that also meant there was a nice breeze which there wasn’t on 7 mile beach. We brought our own masks and snorkels but they had some there and fins too. Probably a good idea to bring water shoes. There really aren’t any useable kayaks that u r allowed to use there. Don’t bother getting the one out of the storage area. It’s super hard to get in and out and is very flimsy and doesn’t work well. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this house!

Clean, updated property in great location

We loved the location of the property as it was away from the busy areas and yet it didn't take long to get to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Sonya, our property manager, was really fantastic to work with. She responded promptly to requests and was very kind. The house is clean, has all the amenities we were looking for - pool and hot tub and right on the beach. Great eating areas and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Also appreciate the washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun time in Bodden Town

From the moment we walked in to the home we felt welcomed and at ease. Everything was exactly as you see on the website. The property manager was waiting for us with a lovely food tray that was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. Rooms were comfy, pool and hot tub were fantastic and everything was thought of. Couldn't ask for a better vacation. Location was also good. Far enough from the crowds in Georgetown but not too far from any area on the island.

We all LOVED this place

Our winter getaway was perfect staying at Present Moment. Great layout, extremely well equipped kitchen, best outdoor patio area with pool and hot tub and grill overlooking the beach. The charcuterie board was such a wonderful surprise and the property manager was quick to meet our questions. We loved every minute there- hope to be able to return one day!

This was a lovely home! Just what the family needed. The location is in a small neighborhood and a bit far from most things. This was our first time in Cayman so picking a location was in us. OUTSTANDING VACATION HOME

I would highly recommend this vacation home. The house was beautiful and the pool/sun area is second to none. You will definitely need to rent a car. This home is conveniently located in between Rum Point and 7-Mile. My family was able to easily explore the entire island. Very close to 2-Must See Restaurants - Grape Tree Cafe (Best Fish Fry on the Island) 0.5 Mile Away - The Czech Inn Grill (Incredible Food & Great People!) 1 Mile Away Would definitely recommend!

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Present Moment. Plenty of space for everyone (we were a family of 5- 2 adults and 3 kids ages 12-17)- kids enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. Was nice to have starter set of shampoo/conditioner/soap provided in each bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed when we did cook. Property manager was great and very helpful. We especially appreciated the charcuterie board upon our arrival on Sunday since the grocery stores are closed on Sundays. House came with 6 beach chairs and an umbrella - great for daily beach trips!

We absolutely loved this property! It was very clean, Sonya our host was AMAZING and very responsive to the 2-3 questions that came up. We love staying in Bodden Town, nice and quiet but still a quick drive to any portion of the island. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Ideal beautiful location

This was our second time to stay at Present Moments. We love this house and location. Bodden Town is conveniently located to both the East and West Ends of the island. The pool and hot tub offer unparalleled views of the ocean. It’s wonderful to walk the beach and see active sea life and shells/coral. The host provided a delicious charcuterie board upon arrival and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions or problems.

Loved it!

Great property. Exactly like shown. Full amenities including beach towels,chairs,coolers, and float toys to make going to beach more fun. Soft sand beach at property but water is rocky and I swim able. But we loved watching the surf and sound of ocean and view of sunrise. Very prompt repair service on small problem with air conditioner -and it was Sunday morning! We would definitely recommend this to friends.
