Sehr sauberes, modernes und gastfreundliches Hotel. Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereits. Überaus genügend Platz für alle am Strand und am Steg. Sehr schmackhaftes Essen bei allen Mahlzeiten. Spezielle Gastfreundlichkeit & Kundenservice durch Guest Relation Managerin Ecem S., sie ist einfach grossartig, zuvorkommend und erfüllt den Gästen praktisch jeden Wunsch.

Every morning, I looked forward to the breakfast spread, which boasted a rich variety of delectable dishes, catering to all tastes and preferences. But what truly set my experience apart was the impeccable service from the Guest Relations Supervisor, Serhat. Beachside was fantastic. Lovely position/restaurants etc. the rooms and the rest of the hotel was arranged oddly but still enjoyable. Two people I need to highlight who were excellent - Serhat who is the customer relations exec and Ismael who is the beach manager. Both were amazing! The restaurant staff were rude and were not trained to an acceptable standard sadly.

Terrible experience. Completely ruined my vacation
I have booked a Grand Garden Suite and upon checking in we noticed that the AC was not working and it was hot. We reported the issue to the reception and adter 30 mins the AC was on. Then, we left to the beach and once we return the AC was not working again and asked for assistance which took sometimes. This continues 4 time in a row and last was at 2 am which really disturbed our sleep. I called the night shift manager and expressed our frustration and disappointment and henpromises to convey the same to the Manager in the morning. However, no one bothered to call or even check up with us and although we had a lunch reservation out of the hotel next day and there was barly time, I asked my wife to go forward and wait for me to fix the issue with the hotel. So, I personally went to the reception and asked for the Manager and I was asked to sit and wait and no one showed up which truly passed my limit. The front desk told me that the Manager is not here because it's a weekend and I told him that our experience is a nightmare and we expect to be compensated and he simply replied by saying that he will check the possibility of changing our suite with something similar (if available) and I told him that the least they can do is to upgrade us and he said that this was not possible at all, which was something I have never experienced with a 5-star hotel. The hotel location is really good. The facilities they had is perfect and even the beach service is so good. The issue is that the room service doesn’t clean the room well. They just clean without putting new shampoos or napkins! The really bad issue is that u feel that you are in a private school, no one is allowed to visit in your room and each time you are late they ask for your name and room number. It may be a security thing, but they are extra doing it.

Overall great facilities and dining. perfect beach, but cleaning, sleep preparation services in the room at low level, trash bin can be full 2 days, even when make up my room is switched on you can come and no one has done anything

This hotel was the nicest one we stayed at during our 10 days in Turkey. The room was luxurious and obviously newly built. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We especially enjoyed the attentive service and complimentary Turkish breakfast each morning by the sea. We especially want to thank Deniz, who gave us his number upon check in and helped arrange PCR tests, dry cleaning, and went out of his was to help solve an issue when we lost something valuable in town. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent service from a wonderful new hotel located within a few miles of Bodrum Castle. All staff were attentive and friendly, great food and ambience and the rooms were furnished to a high specification. Deniz and Mahmet stood out from a service point of view but all staff were exemplary, so thank you again for a wonderful time, I most certainly will highly recommend it.
