We enjoyed our 1 month stay here overall. The staff were very helpful and friendly (despite the language barrier). There were a few times we had some issues, I sent a message on WhatsApp and they sent someone to help in a timely manner.
The cafe on the ground floor had great pastries and coffee :) We couldn't try the restaurant on the roof as we were told there were no vegetarian dishes.
The Apartment was overall clean (no dust, however there were marks on the walls). When we checked in, we got a WhatsApp message with the inventory, which included everything we needed.
The building is situated near supermarkets so we had no problems getting groceries and other supplies. Uber's were easy to order to get a ride to wherever we needed.
In the beginning (before we travelled) we messaged on Expedia and never got a response, this is one area I think they can improve on. We ended up sending a WhatsApp message based on a number we got from the website of the property.
There are 2 Washers and Dryers in the laundry room that guests can use. You can either download an app and load the app with $$ or pay exact $$ into the Machine.
The internet was a little spotty on my phone most of the time. However it was working well on my laptop and on the smart tv. Which was a little strange.
Overall it was a good stay at a reasonable price for an entire month.
