The living room invites you to sink into the buttery leather couch or armchair, pop on your favorite show, and enjoy the ambiance of the gas powered fireplace with a flick of a switch.



On this floor, you’ll also find a cozy queen bedroom, a full bath, laundry room, and garage access for easy comings and goings.

At the top of the stairs awaits a kid-approved movie loft with squishy low seating and a magical projector - perfect for popcorn-fueled movie marathons or rainy day hideaways.

The primary suite is fit for a king (literally) - with a king-size bed, full-length mirror, Smart TV, and luxurious en suite with a jetted tub, walk-in shower with seating, and double vanity.
