« Very quiet and peaceful stay, love the abundant wildlife and pleathora of hot springs close by. »

« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « After driving all day, we arrived after dark for my son to compete in the Special Olympics event the resort was sponsoring the next day. I am so grateful for their doing so!
