„We had such a great time at 4013 The Rookery III! Melinda went above and beyond to stay in contact and make sure everything we needed was handled! The house was stocked with beach towels and beach essentials (tents, chairs, toys, puddle jumper) which was super helpful! We loved that it was pet friendly so our golden retriever could join us on vacation! Thanks for a great stay!“

„Cottage was very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of beach toys and chairs were available. Probably would need to drive over to the public parking by the beach if you are carrying much for your set up on the beach. Get your shrimp at Billys and shop at Walmart for your groceries. Stay off the strip between Foley and Gulf Shores due to heavy traffic. Enjoyed our stay very much!“

„Our family of 4, including 2 college aged sons, loved this property. It was just as advertised in the description and photos. VERY clean, very comfortable and was the perfect layout for us with 2 full beds in the second bedroom. It is just a couple minute walk from the beach with a safe crosswalk. „Upon arrival, we had enough paper products to last us a few days. The kitchen is well stocked. The only items we needed and didn’t have were muffin pans…we purchased and left for the next guests! The extra beach chairs were helpful in watching tv together at night (we have a 9 person family). The master king bed could use a soft mattress topper, but def would not defer us from renting again. „The house was super cute & comfortable. Just enough space with all the essentials for the week. The deck was a favorite. The outside shower and separate garden hose area was great to quickly rinse the sand off from the beach. Beautiful views of sunset and easy, quick access to the beach.
