« Great weekend get away! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and the free valet parking was a nice touch. Only part of this stay I would not recommend was the fine dining restaurant. The service was very good but the food couldn’t compare to other fine dining restaurants we’ve been to. That said, we would book this again! »

« The hotel was beautifully clean and the staff were very welcoming. There was easy parking for our moving truck. And the breakfast was the best part, it was delicious and had great options. »

« My son cut his foot in process of glass inside of the closet when he was building a fort. It happened on Valentine’s Day.. he had to be rushed to the ER and He had to get stitches! »

« The room was nasty, the shower was dirty, pretty sure there was crap on the side of my toilet, not to mention all the problems had while trying to check in. Will not be going back here! »

« TV kept freezing or flickering. Smoking area was right outside the side door so it smelled like smoke. Craftsmanship (paint job etc) in the bathroom was poorly done. Unacceptable for the price of the hotel. »

« Needed a place to stay for one night on a road trip. Expedia says their check in was available until midnight and their desk was available 24 hours, but we showed up to a closed desk. The staff came in with their dinner and essentially told me check in closed at 10 and acted as though I inconvenienced her by showing up. More concerned with eating with her friend in the lobby than helping us. There was no cart to bring up our luggage. There was also no one at the desk when we checked out at 7 am....

« Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom. »
