Great location for the beach

It was very nice to be able to walk right over to the beach & Doc’s beach house right across the street. Only complaint is that i did message about the tennis courts and they encouraged me to bring tennis stuff when they had no tennis courts as they were ripped up or in construction. This was a major let down for us!! otherwise, everything was fine.

Wonderful stay !!

It was a great little place, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Wish there were curtains on the window to block out the sunlight in the morning . But we would stay again!!

Looks nice, missing basics

First of all the condo is very clean and great location. On the down side: Coffee making doesn’t work properly Toaster as well Air conditioner was loud the first night I slept with ears and the following 3 nights turned it off. By chance we discovered that the filters in the air conditioner unit hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. After we cleaned the unit was much quieter and worked better. Contacted Vacasa that the light/fan didn’t operate. Received a phone message that someone would be out the next day - no show. Beach towels or rags? Bring your own. Signed disappointed

Great location. Amenities need improvement.

Amenities could use upgrade/replacement. Towels, beach chair, patio set, and blow dryer are old. Studio was recently renovated and in very good condition. Truly enjoyed the location. Close to the beach, golf courses and restaurants.

Wonderful!

Perfect location within walking distance to beach. Condo was awesome with tennis, pool, hot tub and other activities. Beautiful views and residents/guests were very friendly and helpful.

Great property; great value

I was working in the Naples area for nine days. This condo was perfect for me. It was centrally located and was right across the street from the beach. I got to see lovely sun rises and sunsets. There was one issue with a light/fan. It was handled in record time. I do suggest taking your own hair dryer - the one there was old and kept cutting off when it heated up. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

We had problems with the electronic door lack, we had to use the key from the lack box, that was a little inconvenient because we had to put the key back in the box every time we used. But overall it was good

Safe and Clean

I loved how easy it was to "check-in" you just receive the code and don't have to go through the process of going to the front office. I realized while there this was a resort I stayed at while I was younger with my family. However, I'm not sure if it was the time of year but - there were not many kids at all if you're thinking of going with yours. Mostly a retirement community now, at least from our experience in mid-May. The one downside to the place, the air circulation is not great. Definitely, but felt pretty stuffy even with the fans on.

Check in was terrible

Check in was terrible , if you rent with VRBO make sure they sent you check in information before you come to the property, because if you come after 5pm or Saturday and Sunday, the office is closed. It’s took one hour to get inside to apartment for me, Next day I meet the people who had the same problem, but for them it took couple hours to get the apartment.

Lovely!

Our five nights in Bonita Springs, FL were very nice and comfortable. The location is very central. It is an easy drive or walk to the beach and restaurants. As for the condo itself, it was very nice with great views. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable(even though a bit hard), and good water pressure (condo is on the eighth floor). Only complaint is the bathroom sink drained slowly. I do wish they would have allowed a later check out (I had a child with me and a late flight). It was expensive, but the heated pool and nice amenities made it worth it.

The place was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The apartment looked exactly like the listing. Communication with the property manager was easy and they responded very quickly to all questions I had.

Bonita Beach

The condo was small but worked just fine for 2 people. I would not recommend any more than 2 people as the small is too small for kids. The location to the beach was convenient. I would recommend a drying rack on the patio for beach items and rug by the bed to wipe your feet before getting into bed. The bed was incredibly firm so not very comfortable. The room was very clean except the floors; which I imagine you can never fully remove the sand. There was no air flow in the bathroom which made it super hot in there. All in all a convenient place to stay and clean.

Beautifully renovated condo

I've stayed at multiple BB&T condos and this was very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen and beach items. Towels were soft. Bed is a very firm mattress. Pillows are pretty firm and quite full. Pull out couch is a semi-tempupedic, much more comfortable than a regular pullout. Ceiling fans were awesome. The only thing i would say is that the bathroom rug needed a good washing and the hair dryer didn't work. I will rent here again, I come down often.

Check in was not good, as we arrived and could not get into room.

Room was clean and worked out nicely. Needed extra towels, chair on porch was ripped, and blind on pato door bbn needs repair. Virus issue hindered this vacation.

Bonita Springs!!

The complex is wonderful and the people are so pleasant. The unit was very, very clean! It’s location is perfect as it’s literally across the street from a beautiful beach. The pools were lovely! The unit was small but nice, lots of missing lightbulbs and light issues, but it was a very pleasant stay. I would certainly consider returning! Turn key were fabulous! Easiest check in I’ve ever had!

We enjoyed our stay

At first we weren't sure we'd like being on the 8th floor but it turn out to be great. Probably would prefer the upper floors in the future. The condo was very nice and is great for two people but would be cramped with four. We enjoyed being able to walk to three restaurants and the beach which is right across the street. The grounds and public areas are well maintained and very nice. The pools were very nice, also. We would defiantly want to stay there again if we return to the area. The remodel of the condo was great but the screen door on the entry door was in very poor condition. It's practically falling off. It really detracts from great look of the rest of the condo. Also, having to do laundry down in 1st floor coin-op area is kind of inconvenient. In talking with other guests many of the condos that have been updated now have in-unit washers and dryers. Overall we were pleased with our stay!

Paradise

Nicel efficiency condo. Close to beach and restaurants. Equipped with everything you could need. I thought it was a great value. Much less expensive than a hotel room for a nice condo with a kitchen and great amenities.

Short getaway

Excellent condo. Close walk to beach and dining. Could use a few more kithen needs. Check in was slow. Well worth the money. I would recommend highly.
