The Home:
The completely remodeled home has professionally designed coastal contemporary furnishings and an open floor plan. The kitchen has an oversized waterfall-edge island with seating for 4, high-end stainless steel appliances and views of the pool and lake. The family room has a sofa, 2 accent chairs and a wall-mounted TV, and the dining table for 4 sits beside a counter with a built-in wine cooler.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The primary suite has a king bed, a wall-mounted TV, a desk, a slider to the pool and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower and a large closet. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, a wall-mounted TV and a desk in the closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a wall-mounted TV. A full bathroom with a glass enclosure serves both guest bedrooms, and a pool bathroom with an outdoor shower is on the lanai.

Outdoor Living:
The screened lanai has a heated saltwater pool, 5 feet deep, with a sun shelf, a swim-up bar with underwater stools and an infinity-edge spa that spills into the pool. The pool and spa can be heated one at a time. Dine at the covered table for 10, sit on 2 lounge chairs or 2 armchairs, or take a stool at the poolside counter. Below the deck, the outdoor kitchen has a built-in gas grill, sink, mini fridge and 5 bar stools, next to a large sofa and 2 chairs around a gas fire pit table. A paved path leads to a lakeside patio with a wood-burning fire pit and Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor space heater and outdoor TV are on hand. The pool faces north.

Beach: 8 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and 1 cooler.
Bikes: 2 adult bikes, a tire pump and 2 coded bike locks.
Kitchen extras: toaster, blender, mixer, tea kettle, K-cup and drip coffee makers, and fridge water and ice.

Location:
The home is in Bonita Shores, just south of Bonita Beach Road and west of US 41. Bonita Beach Park is a 1.8 mile drive, and Wyld's Cafe, Coconut Jack's, Enzo's Italian, C Level Bistro, Royal Scoop and Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream are all nearby.

The Important Details:
• Self check-in with a smart lock.
• Pets: up to 2 non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs welcome. No cats or other animals. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
• Parking: driveway parking on two driveways, with room to park a boat trailer off the street.
• Trash & recycling: our trash and recycling program takes the cans to the curb and brings them back for you automatically.
• Pool safety: the pool has no safety fence or alarm. Please supervise children at all times.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
