Wonderful definitely recommend
We got to the hotel the check in was quick and easy. The girl at the counter was incredibly sweet. The next morning the cleaning ladies and the ladies in the kitchen were so wonderful. They all made sure we had everything that we needed. The whole time we were there for 2 nights we were greated with happy sincere smiles. I've never been to a hotel with staff that were so amazing and beyond helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit. Breakfast was so wonderful. Eggs made to order, waffles were delicious and even shaped like Texas. The pool and hot tub were so wonderful and quiet. I do wish the pool was warmer and the hot tub could have steps. It was very difficult to get in and out of. But the hot tub felt so wonderful.

Disappointed
They didn’t give us the room we asked for and the quality of the room was disappointing. The AC was not working well as well. Breakfast was also very limited. For that reason we will be choosing Holiday Inn over Best Western in the future.

The room was clean, but I specifically got that room because of the jacuzzi tub and my sore back. The jets didn’t even work! Just made a whirring sound and then clicked off. Never would come on. The breakfast was good and fresh cooked eggs were good. The floor in the hallway, and stair area needed a good cleaning. Will be staying here again when I’m in the area but won’t pay extra for the jacuzzi room.

Clean motel but just a tad pricey
The motel itself was quiet and clean. They have a nice breakfast selection including eggs, bacon, waffles and hashbrowns. It was a little too pricey in my opinion for the small town that it’s in. The reason for the rating, however, is because we had to wait 30 minutes to check in at 11pm because the lady at the front desk was training and the employee that was supposed to be training her was a no-show. We had to wait for the daytime manager to come in so we could check-in. Not exactly ideal after a very long day driving.

The customer service at the desk was terrific. They learned our names and were very helpful. The ladies cooking at the breakfast room were also very helpful and pleasant. I did notice that the carpet on the stairs didn’t get cleaned during our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious,quiet and comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. We especially liked the handicap rails in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. We will surely stay there again when we return to see my grandchildren.
