« La struttura era molto pulita ma non dispone di aria condizionata, nell'appartamento è disponibile sono un ventilatore verticale. Non definisco questa esperienza positiva perché l'assistenza è disponibile solo fino alle ore 21. Dopo le 24, al nostro rientro in struttura c'è stato un black out in tutto il quartiere e, avendo solo una chiave elettronica non riuscivamo ad accedere nell'appartamento. Abbiamo provato a chiamare il servizio clienti più volte ma la chiamata prima ci è stata rifiutata e...

« Appartamento prenotato per 4 ma utilizzabile solo da 2. Il divano letto era rotto, il proprietario era a conoscenza del problema ma non ha avvissato nessuno. L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa. Di nuovo, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare da soli. Abbiamo prenotato - e pagato - un appartamento per...

« Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Einen Wäscheständer hätten wir uns gewünscht, da das Wetter zu unbeständig war um draußen zu trocknen und ein Toaster wäre wünschenswert »

« Fin och stor bostad. Vi var 11 Personer och 1-2Personer till skulle utan problem ha fått plats. Synd att vädret var kallt och regnigt så vi behövde sätta igång värmepannan. Det fungerade bra men var lite pyssligt. Vägen till boendet är en grusväg som precis fungerade med markfrigången av bilen. Pizzaugnen utomhus är ett jätte stort plus, jätte kul och mycket gott att baka egen stenugnspizza. Slutligen är Giorgio och Silvia trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar! »
