Perfect and convenient hotel in middle of nature
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Very kind and hospitable staff at the front desk. Large and comfortable room, with an amazing bathroom. Everything very clean, great air in Borjomi, in the middle of nature. Keycards allow free access to Borjomi Central Park and Borjomi Sulfur Pools. Nice included pool/sauna area in the hotel. Would love to come back here.

Great hotel, excellent location
Excellent hotel, extremely well-located for entry into Borjomi Central Park. The Tsar Baths (warm sulphur springs) are a 3.5 km walk away via a pleasantly-shaded forest path. The room card allows free entry to both the park and springs. Room was spatious and nicely-air conditioned, complete with hair conditioner and bathrobes. Both coffee from the bar and dinner were great.

I think the Crowne Plaza is likely the best hotel in Borjomi and its certainly the prettiest. Overall the hotel was good, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Walking distance to just abut everything you would want to do and see. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Crown Plaza from January 6-12, 2020 in two rooms: a front-view #305 with a seating area, two TVs and a balcony and #314 “end of hallway" side-view of the Park room with lots of windows. DINING. We had access to the Club Lounge and we used it a lot (wine is at no charge from 7 PM to 9 PM. Breakfast (included with our stay) was excellent (amazing liver pate!) We did not feel that dinner buffet was worth it for us as there were mostly pastas, carbs. However, you can get an à la carte dinner option, which we did not try. SPA. Very professional Dr. Nino; other than that, not impressed with a couple of the spa treatments (pedicure and bath+massage combo). STAFF. Overall, the staff was helpful and spoke either Russian or English or both. We had some issues at check-in, which were rectified by the management. ACCESS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY/STROLLERS. We had no issues with my Mom’s walker as this hotel is barrier-free throughout. The elevator is also conveniently large. In front of the hotel’s gate, the side curb is modified for disability/stroller access (a curb cut); however once you leave the gate, there are challenges on the pedestrian walkway to the Central Park (proximity to which is the best feature): (1) two sidewalk curbs on the pedestrian walkway are not adapted for strollers/mobility devices and (2j vendors’ displays are making it difficult to get through the pedestrian walkway. Overall,I enjoyed this hotel and I would come back again.

My Mom and I stayed in Crown Plaza from January 6 to January 12, 2020 (it was the last part of our three weeks trip to Georgia) occupying two rooms (single occupancy each). Here is a long but detailed review: ROOMS AND CONFIGURATION: The main building has four levels. The main level contains all common areas - restaurant, bars, etc. The rooms located on the 4th level are called 300, and this is the nicest floor - it is quieter, has warmer common hallway and has The Club Lounge. Hotel’s conference facilities are located on the 200 floor and as such, the 200 floor is more noisy on the weekend. Further, the odd number rooms are facing the street, the river and the Central Park - this is the more expensive side. The even number rooms are facing an uneventful wall - I understand that all “standard” basic rooms are facing such “back” wall side and they have no balconies. After certain negotiation with the management, I received a lovely front-view room #305 with a seating area, two TVs and a balcony. Three days after our check-in, my Mom was also moved from room #210 to #314 (“end of hallway" - therefore colder, side-Park view room with lots of windows). CLUB LOUNGE. We had access to the Club Lounge - we used it a lot, so I would recommend it. Awesome Hotel in a rural area
This was a great hotel in Borjomi. The hotel is perfectly at home in Dubai, Paris or NYC. It has world class amenities, including the gym, spa and breakfast. I recommend a car to get around as the hotel is in a rural area. It is great for a staging area exploring this part of Georgia.

Kind of past it's prime, but great Spa
This stay should have been exceptional. It is the prime real-estate location in an incredibly lovely part of the world. However, it seems a bit past it's prime. The price is simply too high for how old and worn the decor is. Our room had a musty smell, the furniture was old with many dings and damaged marks. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, but much of the food was not freshly prepared. It seems as thought this location is resting on the name and the fact that it used to be the best hotel around, I think that they need to try harder if they're going to have such expensive rates. All this said, the spa was incredible, state of the art, clean, luxurious and relaxing.
