Staff went above and beyond especially considering Iâd arrived a day early ! The manager and reception staff went out of their way to resolve the situation. Restaurant excellent, would recommend.

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous the views from the balcony is amazing. The staff were so lovely. Itâs so close to the Town centre and there plenty of parking if youâre travelling with a car. Overall it was an amazing stay

Pleasant, comfortable and reasonably priced accomodation close to train station and local buses. Plenty of eating and drinking options close by. Would definitely consider when staying in The Lakes again.
