âThe experience was above my expectations.
We had a roomâs upgrade and it was a nice start of our holiday.
The kind receptionist Lucia always asked about our stay.
We enjoy the full and complete buffet breakfast.
The staff was really nice and kind always smiling to us.
The swimming pool and the spa is a must. We enjoy the use of a sauna and the relax area included.
Is a baby friendly hotel and I really recommend for the position, close to Asiago and the ski facilities

âAlthough we only stayed one night at this cosy hotel in San Sebastiano on our long distance hike through the region, we could not praise the hotel and especially it's owner Tiziano more highly. We were so well looked after and Tiziano is a great host! The room was super clean and well appointed and the breakfast was really great! A perfect hotel for a visit to the region! Thank you to all at Albergo Al Sole!â

"I am giving a one-star rating because the hotel claims to have a 24-hour reception, but it was not actually staffed around the clock. We arrived at night and found no available room. We had to sleep in one of the unlocked rooms and borrow bedding from other unlocked rooms. Everything was dirty, there were no hygienic facilities to shower, and no towels were provided. Furthermore, all the photos provided are heavily photoshopped and do not reflect reality at all."

"It was a good stay. The check-in staff could use a little more clarity and friendliness in their oral communication. When we checked in, the receptionist indicated that they had prepared a room for 2 adults and a child instead of 3 adults, and she was worried that the second bed would be too small.The reservation was for 3 adults. She was nice enough to show us the small bed for our adult son before we moved in to the room, but the reservation was clear. The breakfast staff was very nice. The location is great as there are many good restaurant choices very close, and it is very convenient to be so close to the train station. The wifi was spotty and in and out. The breakfast could be improved by adding some hot items like eggs. "
