Property located in Mattapan, not actually in Boston. Though that city has higher crime rates reported, I never felt unsafe, just wish I would’ve known prior to booking exactly where I was staying. Also, there were several entrances to the house, but no way to deadbolt the door from the inside, which made me a little uneasy if someone else were to have the code to access the house. Also, the extra rooms in the house were locked so that we wouldn’t use them to help with cleaning the property afterwards. Which I guess I understand from the point of view of the landlord. I requested to have the codes to be able to check them out for my peace of mind since my kids were staying too. The windows were unlocked in two of the rooms, but we locked them back. Communication with the property owner usually had a quick response. The property itself was clean, with plenty of space for the family to spread out and have their own televisions to watch. Also loved having coffee available each morning!

Amazing place - we had 12 people. This place has it all - a great layout, plenty of rooms, and ample open space that never felt cramped. The street always had parking for the extra vehicles. Location is decent enough and found that most places were within a reasonable drive time (Boston roads are a nightmare though). The location is quiet at night. Host was quick to respond! Would definitely recommend for larger groups (or even smaller ones that just want more rooms).

The property is spacious, clean and well organized, especially for a large family like mine. It is also close to the airport, which was helpful. Girls Trip

Our group of 8 women stayed here for one night and had a wonderful time. The home is very clean. Everyone was very impressed with the renovations. The beds were comfortable and there were enough places to sleep so we could all sleep in our own bed. There were even a couple extra beds if we needed. Great security and parking for one car. We found parking on the street directly in front of the house for the other car. The communication was great too! The check in process was easy. A couple of days before I was given all of the details. I had some questions about train stations and routes which were answered very quickly. The group had a very nice time just hanging out for a little while after exploring Boston. We did not cook but many of us took showers and there were no complaints. We have already reached out to see about staying in October. Do not hesitate to book a stay here!

Perfect in every way!

I stayed here with my parents for almost 6 weeks while my father was getting treatments at Dana Farber. This was perfect for him to relax, rest and regain his strength. Parking was easy. Check in was as easy as it gets. Minutes from the grocery store, gym, and restaurants. 15-25 minutes from Dana Farber, depending on traffic. The place was furnished comfortably. We were able to cook meals. The dishwasher, washer and dryer are better than mine. We felt spoiled. Communication with the host was almost instant. She was unbelievably helpful. I’ve saved the listing in my favorites for future stays.
