Room was nice and of good size. I had a fridge and a safe in the room. Safe didn't work due to low battery. Television was big and modern. City center is reachable via nearby metro. There are a lot of shopping and dining options nearby. Personel was helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel in good convention center location. Coffee maker in the room would have been nice and no hair after cleaning in the bathroom. Still, I would go back.

Fein aber klein
Hotel war sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet, Zimmer war aber sehr klein, ohne (Schreib)Tisch, schlechte Gelegenheit, um Kleider zu hängen (Stange über dem Kühlschrank). Dafür war der Preis nicht exzessiv. Das Hotel arbeitet wohl an einem hoteleigenen Restaurant, was die Frühstücksoptionen sehr verbessern würde. Ich kann mir durchaus vorstellen, das Hotel nch einmal zu buchen.

What an awesome boutique hotel without the stuffy attitude! Truly loved my stay. Was in town for three nights and the room, staff and overall stay were nothing short of exceptional.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s super chill. People at the front desk are very nice. I’m happy that the room has a bathtub. The Prudential center is right across the street. The restaurant was just recently remodeled, but I haven’t had a chance to eat there, but I will next semester.

Was in town for the marathon. Great location, located only a block from the finish line. Very helpful staff. Hotel was a bit on the small side but given the age of the hotel and its location it was as expected. I’d stay there again when in town for the marathon.

The property is tired could do with some updates. Room was adequate but bathroom had a cracked sink bowl that went the whole way through, grouting needed repaired in the bath/shower. Had to ask for the complimentary water. Kitchen had a variety of teas, didn't try the coffee and a microwave. Staff were friendly.

This location was so run down, dirty and full of chemical cleaners I had to open the window to sleep without feeling terrible. What a shame because the staff was amazing. This building company should be ashamed. I would never stay or recommend with so many great stays in the neighborhood.

On the first floor, this hotel has a microwave and free good coffee. The entire hotel is renovated but the bed frame and the mattress look old and wear down. Very convenient location right by a grocery store and Amtrak Back Bay station. Copley metro station is very close .

The beds were comfortable, great bathtub, the King room was spacious, no noise issues (on 5th floor) and we had a fridge/freezer in the room. Staff was lovely and the bar downstairs made excellent cocktails. Location was excellent, as well. Will definitely stay here again. Weekend stay.

Great location but if you enjoy your HVAC working correctly DON'T stay here. Booked this location for the 2024 Boston Marathon at a significant mark up. Upon arrival to the room, we noticed we were unable to adjust the temperature on the HVAC control resulting in the room fixed at 75-76F, which is far too hot for our preferences. When we communicated this to the front desk, a gentlemen who I believe to be the manager responded that they were "a sustainable hotel" but they would see if engineering could address it. They never did. I'm all about sustainability (aka saving money), but if I'm paying $700/night for a hotel I expect to be able to sleep well in a cool, comfortable room. Great location but I won't be staying here again.
