They charged me for "gift shop" items which I never bought. Only noticed when I asked for a receipt at check out. The employee at checkout didn't even look at me when speaking and simply said the manager will come in 2 hours I can't help! This was not the first time such a thing happens check out other reviews. The rooms and building is in bad shape. The air conditioning was very loud you have to turn it off to bear it (it caused the bathroom door and floor to vibrate). No regulator room cleaning you have to request it the night before if you need any cleaning or service. Breakfast is ok but full of unnecessary plastic (ex. Milk in sachets)

Great location, but you have to pay for parking which seems silly when there are plenty of spots. The hotel lobby and mezzanine are nicely decorated but the rooms and facilities are in need of repairs. Pool cleanliness was questionable and dirty towel bin was overflowing. Continental breakfast was a crowded and chaotic buffet without any direction on flow or where lines began. QR code in room suggested room service but guest services said we would have to order at the bar / come down. The 3 stars go to pleasant staff and a decent location close to good restaurants.

The hotel is very nice, well-appointed, and clean. However, I tried calling the front desk at three different times during my stay and no one answered the phone at any point. When I finally went downstairs, the person at the desk said he was the only one there and so couldn't answer the phone. For the price, I'd have expected a bit more service in guest services. Also, the fact that you have to pay $15 a day to park is ridiculous. It's not like they have to valet park your car in downtown Boston. They have a large parking lot. In Waltham. You are not as fancy as you want to seem, Embassy Suites. Finally, the continental breakfast was really subpar. The eggs were gross. What was labeled 'Greek Yogurt' was clearly just strawberry Dannon yogurt dumped into a bowl. Again, for the price, I expected more.

Everything was spectacular. Their breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing They have an amazing pool. The rooms are spacious. They have suites living room, and separate bedroom. The only drawback is you have to pay for parking that said I would definitely go.

This was a last minute things so my kids can enjoy the pool. Great deal on the room, had two tvs which made it very convenient. Pool was a decent size but could use a cleaning. The breakfast was yummy.

Overall we were super pleased with our stay. My only 2 complaints were that 1. Our room was not as clean as you would except. There was hair in the shower on the wall, either short hair or pubic. Either way it was gross. And my daughter found a peanut and some cereal in the bedroom on the outer edge under the bed. 2. We went down to the pool this morning around 830/9 and there were no towels. The wet towel bucket was full, and no way to contact someone to get more towels. We had to go back to our room dripping wet. Other than that I was happy with staying here, and it was overall a decent visit. The complimentary breakfast was good and my daughter loved the see through elevator.

It was ok. Room wasn’t ready when we got there past check in time. When we got into our room, smelled strongly of bleach….like they had just sprayed it around the room to make it smell “clean”. They should put a big garbage bin in the room.

Excellent hotel! Room was modern and clean (bed was very comfortable), and the facility itself was nice. Unfortunately I missed breakfast because I overslept, so I can’t comment on it. Only negative was that they charge $15 for parking. Other than that, it’s a great place. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely consider staying.

The room was decent. Bed comfortable as well as the open up couch. The furniture was a bit worn but fine. Shower was nice… room clean on check in. Unfortunately we had very bad cleaning service. They actually did come in one day but only changed one garbage, left the others, didn’t take dirty dishes, left dirty towels on the floor but took ones I planned to reuse and didn’t replace them. Didn’t give us new toilet paper and I had to call and go to the front desk to ask and finally got some. We were there 5 nights. The restaurant has limited hours and was very poorly staffed with a limited menu. The free food was sad. I emptied our trash. Front doors don’t work right and they didn’t seem to care. Staff was nice.

The elevators in this hotel were my favorites, I am a plane guy and this is the first elevator that I know of that make you feel like you’re in an airplane, either taking off or landing haha very cool. Plus my girlfriend loved the interior design of the entire hotel. Hotel was always clean throughout my 5 days stay. Breakfast was great. Having 2 tv was perfect, I watched sports in the sitting room and my girlfriend watched her shows in the bed room, very cool and peaceful. We visited Boston from Jersey for the first time.

The 1st room we checked into, smelled absolutely AWFUL. It smelled of raw sewage, my guess is a leak or break in a vent pipe. The 2nd room we checked into was very warm, the thermostat, CLEARLY being broken was set to 60° and the room was STILL a sweat box. We couldn't close the bedroom door and when i examined it i found it busted up and coming apart. I have pictures if you want. The rooms are old and musty, the upkeep of them is half assed and poorly done. Fixtures missing off of walls, lights with the wrong wattage bulbs in them, wallpaper peeling, missing and coming apart at the seams. Clearly you have new ownership or management who don't have a clue. Good luck, we will never stay there again and make sure to tell all of our friends.

When I booked the property I did because of the indoor pool and was not informed in advance that the pool was under maintenance. I was very disappointed because my kids were looking forward to this trip. The staff was not good at explaining the parking lot fee, and when asked about the pool I was very surprised how they answered like nothing happen and not such a big deal.

Hotel was quiet. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Rooms spacious. Restaurant on property convenient. Rooms need greater detailed cleaning, for example, interior doors, carpets, shower walls. Living room furniture is dated and arm chairs are a bit grimmy.
