Nach einem langen Flug die erste Übernachtung auf unser Rundreise.Das Zimmer war ok,mit einer Küche ausgestattet.Das Zubehör gibts am Empfang.Das Frühstück war sparsam,auch für amerikanische Verhältnisse.Nur abgepackter Süßkram und der Kaffee auch nicht so doll.Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.Wir hatten die Unterkunft wegen der Lage und des Preises gebucht.

Absits gelegenes Hotel, zweckmaessige Ausstattung
Waerend der drei Tage unseres Aufenthaltes wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr zweckmaessig.

Nach Ihrem einchecken wird Ihr Zimmer einmal wöchentlich gereinigt, das ist Teil unserer Hotelregeln. Wir bieten tägliche Reinigung für einen Aufpreis an. Wir möchten uns für den Fall entschuldigen, dass Sie bei der Anmeldung von unseren Angestellten an der Rezeption nicht auf den Service aufmerksam gemacht wurden. Wir hoffen, Sie werden uns noch eine Chance geben. Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar.

Wir waren total überrascht von der Größe des Zimmers. Zudem war das Personal überaus freundlich, zuvor komend und hilfsbereit.

It was OK after all
I was nervous after reading some reviews. My room was perfect although staff admitted hotel is being renovated so I guess you may get a new or old room!

This property is very rundown and the hallways smelled. Was considering leaving but they already charged my card. Left at 7 am the next morning. Don't stay here.

I didn't like it, it was horrible. I stayed for a weekend with my husband and my baby and the room had a lot of cockroaches, even on top of the bed.

We were on the third floor and it smelt like trash. Come to find out our room was 2 doors down from the trash room. The water pressure was non existent and even with it all the way on hot it was barley luke warm. The room was disgusting and had burn marks in the couch. The bed was clean but uncomfortable! If I wasn't so grumpy and tired during checkout I would have complained but I choose to not even bother going to the front desk to check out as the poor lady would have gotten an earful from me.

The property is a little away from things but that is what we wanted. Quiet, comfortable bed, clean, had a small kitchen which can be nice. I will be staying here again.

I was on the second floor people above me on the third floor sounded like they were bowling in their room did not stop till 2 AM called down to the front desk. Nothing was done about it. I was given a full refund, but didn’t get much sleep. Manager was amazing and very apologetic.
