„Easy check in and clean!“

„Unfortunately, we experienced several problems that negatively affected our visit, and I feel these issues deserve to be addressed. Pool closure: The pool was closed during our stay, yet no adjustment or compensation was made to our bill. Insufficient washcloths: We specifically requested extra washcloths, but we were still only provided with two. Damaged room door: The door to our room would not close properly and was visibly split. We had to call maintenance to fix it, but just three days ...

„Na“

„Super freundliche Rezeptionistin.

„Helpful and very friendly personnel. Good breakfast “

„Two problems. The curtains to block out light could not cover the middle portion of the windows, so bright lights for the parking lot came through the opening. Looked like a set for a noir movie. And in a still dark morning, we couldn’t turn on lights without becoming a floor show for the parking lot. No great expectations for any “free breakfast,” but there was no cold water for drinking. Had to get a staffer draw water from their prep kitchen kitchen sink into a small, plastic glass.  ...

„Courteous, friendly staff and clean rooms.“

„Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!“
