« (Note: The bed photo shows the unmade bed before checkout.) This place delivers exactly what's promised - a clean, quiet room at hostel-level pricing with more comfort and privacy. The space was tidy with all basics covered including bathroom amenities. The host was particularly helpful when I arrived late (10pm) and had trouble with the electronic locks, and even let me park in his driveway when street parking was tight on garbage day. Two things to note: parking can be challenging on garbage...

« I loved this basement suite! The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. Very short walk to buses, and only 10 min drive to downtown Calgary! The unit is newly remodeled. I enjoyed watching movies on the projector. The bed was very comfortable. « Pictures were as as shown ... communication and instructions were great ... property was extremely clean ... the space has everything you need to enjoy your stay... location was perfect to Spruce Meadows ... close to dining options - had dinner at Kildare's - excellent selection ... price was very reasonable. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. »

« The suite has all the amenities you need and it is new and well taken care of. Perfect for what we needed for our one night stay. It is a little far out of Calgary however it worked for us and our plans! There is a great playground in the area. Nelson was a great host. »

« This adorable walk-out basement suite beautifully decorated. It was clean, organized, and well stocked with necessities. The owners really put effort into the details, like having their Keurig filled and ready to go. We had a very enjoyable experience :) »
