« Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes. »

« Bathrooms badly need upgrading. Caulk between some of the tiles need cleaning. Edge of bathroom door has chipped paint. Old style heaters do not work. Staff were excellent and brought up a space heater for the room. Sorry - cannot understand the questions that are only in Francais »

Petit déjeuner convenable mais pourrait être amélioré car pas très diversifié et élaboré (café/thé + confitures + céréales + jambon + quiche + yaourt uniquement). Le point noir, la chaleur insupportable dans tous l'hôtel, malheureusement pas de fenêtres dans les chambres donc impossible de faire aérer et pas de clim !!! »

« Check in was very easy and the front desk agent (Mash) was very welcoming to the hotel. He was knowledgeable and gave the hotel a far more professional look in the way he worked and communicated - by doing this he stood out from everyone else working at the hotel that night. My room was extremely clean and comfortable- very quiet too. No complaints on what is a well ran budget end motel type property- great value for money and I’d definitely return. »
