« The location of Boulevard Inn is perfect! We requested and received an upper floor Park view room with a fantastic view of Lake Michigan and the sunset. We were on the 6th floor, our room was clean, and housekeeping readily available if neeed. The restaurant provided a nice continental breakfast of yogurts, juices, fresh fruit and a different hot item daily. Friendly staff. Only complaint is their pillows were too lumpy/ hard, but if you bring your own, not an issue! Would definitely...

« The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant. We really didn’t wanna go, but you had to cancel the reservation a week in advance and...

« The rooms were clean but very small. There wasn’t a dresser in the bedroom and you could hardly walk around the bed. You can hear the people above your room just walking across the room. »

« Storm caused power outage. No emergency lights, generator. Had to go up the stairs with no emergency lighting and used the light off my phone to see in complete darkness. Staff was rude, "we can't control the weather." I had had to ask for the manager's card. No one was helpful. Staff used twinkling lights to provide "light." Storms are inevitable, so as the Hilton, there should have been proper measures for emergencies and well trained staff. Overall, not a pleasant stay or experience.... »

« The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay. However, the same bagels and muffins were there all week. I noticed nothing new was added and it was the same all week. The hotel could’ve been more...

« The hotel is actually Quality Inn and Suites. Super nice staff, very comfy bed, quiet, and crazy convenient to get to St. Joseph and all the shops. Great price and quality stay! »
