« Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better.This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. It was clean. The shower is top notch (if you're comfortable showering in front of anyone staying with you). The courtyard is lovely. The neighborhood is great, walked to the park several times while in town. I did not use any of the kitchen amenities, so I can't speak to that. There was a...

« The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

« This is an affordable place to stay with a pet. Positives were the place was clean and quiet. As cute as it was remodeled , it still had the disadvantages of an older property such as low water pressure, door sticking and window ACs. We enjoy our short stay and it met our needs. »
