Perfect Location

The property was located close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved the space! It definitely fit the needs of our family, and the pool was an added bonus. We will look to stay here in the future.

One Particular Harbor

Penthouse in Paradise is a beautiful and comfortable condo. It is close to beaches, dining and shopping. The unit was immaculate. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

From initial contact with the owners to check out they were easy and accommodating even checking in on us 2 times making sure all was good. Their condo is incredible! Decorated by what must have been a true professional. We loved every thing about it.

The Apartment was very clean and tidy on arrival. All of the advertised facilities were readily available and working. Excellent first impressions. Very comfortable and convenient location. It was nice to have kitchen roll, a few washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc provided. Also nice to have a few bathroom items provided. Excellent location with a small neighbourhood swimming pool.

Beautiful penthouse and decor. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo as well as the immaculate grounds of all the buildings. Super close to all beaches on Anna Maria Island as well as the grocery store . Many wonderful restaurants on the island, especially The Waterfront restaurant . Do not miss out on kayaking at Robinson Preserve or biking the trail. Was very cool in the condo except the master bedroom did not stay cool enough. Ceiling fans throughout the condo . We had the most lowkey and relaxing week !!!

Lucky You...You found it!

From the moment you walk into this penthouse two bedroom at One Particular Harbour, you know that you picked the right place. Whether you are there for a couples getaway or a family vacation, this condo is perfect. Even better than the pictures! The high end finishes and the Key West vibe come together to create a relaxing and comfortable. atmosphere. Robert is a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make you feel right at home. We stay in vacation homes all the time, and the little touches this host provided did not go unnoticed and were quite appreciated. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately we had to work a couple of days during our stay, and the condo made it possible to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and work at the same time. The wall of windows which opens up to a huge lanai made having to work during vacation not such a pain. The community as a whole is a clean, well run beautifully landscaped oasis that really gives you a sense of getting away from it all.… And the location couldn’t be any better; the marina is right there inviting you to boat or fish, and it’s only a few minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. If you lucky enough to find this condo available, do not hesitate to book it.

AC WAS BROKEN ☹️😡😓

Upon arrival my scheduled check in was for 4pm I arrived at 6pm and the code for entry into the unit did not work. I had to call Seabreeze for help which resulted in changed the code while I stood outside in the heat with bags. When I walked into the unit it was cool and by 9pm the entire condo was hot 80 degrees to be exact. I was eager to explore the island and try to enjoy my birthday and called Seabreeze a 2nd time for assistance with the AC they sent a tech out and when I returned to the condo at 10:30 on Saturday and was told it was too late to call a tech and to wait until Sunday. The tech supposedly came while I was out on Sunday and fixed the issue at 8pm Sunday 9/3 the condo was hot again with an error message and the AC control unit stating power loss NO AIR!! I called again this time I was asked to stay at the condo to let the tech in which interrupted my family plans for dinner. I recorded the tech emptying water from the AC unit and getting us going with cool air finally at 9:00pm on Sunday. By 2am Monday the unit cut off again with the same error message. I called Seabreeze at 8am Monday morning and to my surprise no answer so o left A message and never received a call back so from check in to check out I was forced to sleep in very unhealthy conditions that I could have saved money and stayed in Maryland at my beautiful comfortable cool home during the hottest and humid month of the year. I am 1 unhappy upset customer and will not even consider this for other

A lovely stay with my daughters and I

My daughters and I loved the condo. Super clean and spacious. The decor was beautiful. Close to the action but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The condo was well stocked with great equipment. The bedrooms were a little warm for our liking, (there was a box fan we used to help move the air) but the rest of the condo cooled well. Definitely a plus having beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and more at the location for our use. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
