PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO



At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.



We require a 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.



Please review the cancellation terms displayed at checkout and in your rental agreement before completing your reservation.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:



We require a minimum stay of 3 nights. Please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!



House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent pods and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.



Beach chairs are available as well as beach towels. This condo participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.



Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
