„The property has a fantastic layout that maximizes space and the location is within walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants (Wicked Cantina). Private balcony is spacious with direct views of the sunset. The only downside is being on the end/corner unit where Cortez Rd meets Gulf Drive. Overall it was not an impostion but it does get a little noisy when on the balcony. There is a short walk for taking pets out which we didn't mind but never noticed a dedicated fenced in area.
