Also, just a few blocks away is one of the largest “family friendly” breweries in Florida alongside LECOM Baseball Field.
Beautiful beaches like Cortez Beach, Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Keys are within driving distance..

The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community, home to galleries, studios, restaurants, bakeries, specialty shops and healing art centers housed in colorfully restored 1920s & 1930s historic cottages.
LECOM Park baseball field (spring training home of the Pittsburgh Pirates) is a block away, and downtown Bradenton and the Riverwalk, are within easy walking distance.
Pristine Beaches, Airport and other attractions are within short driving distance.

No unregistered guests or parties
No smoking indoors
Pets under 30 lbs only (on leash in common areas)
Please report any damages promptly
No parking in the carport (belongs to downstairs unit)
Laundry: Shared washer/dryer is behind the house (right side alley). Please be courteous and avoid laundry after 10 PM.
NOTE: Don't turn off the AC while leaving the house, keep it ON for proper ventilation.
Trash: Bring dumpsters to curb Sunday & Wednesday night for Monday/Thursday pickup. $150 fee if missed.
