« First of all it is we had a great experience. It is a beautiful house with modern architecture and nice furniture. The scenery in the backyard is amazing and the neighborhood is very comforting. The house is still under construction in some parts but that was not an issue and it will make it better in the future. The host was considered and was prompt with our reqquest, there was a couple of tweaks that were solved on spot. Thank you David »

« The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. »

C’est un peu loin du Centre-ville de Toronto mais le calme est assurĂ© et la sĂ©curitĂ© aussi dans un magnifique secteur rĂ©sidentiel. Le parking directement dans l’entrĂ©e est trĂšs agrĂ©able et les hĂŽtes sont vraiment gentils et attentionnĂ©s 5/5 pour ce sĂ©jour Merci !! »
