The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, soft bedding, and large windows that fill the room with natural light, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Adjacent to the bedroom, the bathroom features a refreshing shower and all the essentials needed to start your day comfortably, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

Step outside onto the private balcony, where a small table and two chairs provide the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment located on the 1st floor, which is accessible by both stairs and elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Braga, set in a peaceful area with easy access to the city's main attractions. Guests can explore the charming historic center, known for its beautiful squares, traditional cafés, and landmarks such as the Braga Cathedral and the picturesque Santa Barbara Garden.

The apartment is also conveniently located near the iconic Bom Jesus do Monte and Sameiro Sanctuary, two of the region's most famous landmarks, offering breathtaking views and beautiful surroundings.

With restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport nearby, it's the perfect base for discovering Braga's rich history, culture, gastronomy, and vibrant atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Braga (Linha de Braga), is approximately a 10-minute drive or 25–30 minute walk from the property, offering direct connections to Porto, Nine, and other destinations in northern Portugal.

Several local bus stops are within a 2–5 minute walk, providing easy access to Braga city centre, the University of Minho, and surrounding areas.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 40–45 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
