„We had a group of 7 and all had a really good time. Communication with host beforehand was helpful, clean cabin, comfortable bedding, plenty of cooking stuff, and we loved the bonfire area. Spent a lot of time on the big dock and explored the lakes a bit while fishing. Fantastic area for a long weekend!“

We had a problem with the tv remote but the property manager responded immediately and resolved the issue. We’ll definitely rent this property in the future when in the Garrison area.“

„Absolutely amazing. Would stay here again hands down! We saw 2 families of geese and 2 bald eagles right off the deck! Beautiful scenery, quiet and relaxing. I wish 4.75 was an option for overall rating, the reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is only because a set of stairs down to the lake would really be ideal.. it’s quite the hill when carrying chairs up and down with the sand. Other than that 5 out of 5!! Thank you so much!“

„This stay overall was great spacious, nice to each have their own bathroom. It does not sit on the lake. There is a home that obstructs the view in front of it but it is a short distance to walk to the beach. Location is very convenient the negatives were the bathtubs a little high for the elderly to get in the shower. The downstairs bathroom with the shower, toilet seat is extremely loose and is it safety hazard and should be replaced ASAP. And the only other thing is I’d check with the ...

„Our parents grew up in Little Falls. After they passed away the 5 of us kids wanted to go back and visit places we went to as children. This house was wonderful. There was plenty of room and it was well equipped in the kitchen, with linens and bathroom supplies. Although we never saw our host, she was easily accessible by text or phone. I loved that it had the charm of an old farmhouse but it amenities of a modern home.“

We loved the 3 levels as that allowed everyone to have space if they needed for quiet time. The group voted to start making this an Annual trip...and we hope to add a few more next year.
