« Hôtel très agréable. Les chambres n’étaient pas aussi jolies que sur les photos, plus vieillottes, mais néanmoins tres propres et confortables. Nous avons apprécié le pass remontées mécaniques offert dès notre arrivée et qui nous a permis une très belle rando en altitude. Le spa est super pour se détendre. Plusieurs saunas et hammams, des matelas à eau pour se reposer… La détente absolue Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. »

« We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park… Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams ! We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations...

« Schöne Lage, herrliches Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Berge. Essen ok. Leider konnte ich kein Wienerschnitzel bestellen da der Koch keine Schnitzel serviert. Ins zweit Restaurant durften wir nicht essen gehen da wir Halbpensioun gebucht hatten.Wenig Flexibilität innerhalb der Restauration. Das Wellnes ist angenehm genauso wie das Fitness. Leider fand meine vorab gebuchte Gesichtsbehandlung nicht statt da ich 20 Minuten nach vereinbarter Zeit nicht weiter warten wollte.Die Kosmetikerin war bis dahin...

« Leider konnten die Kellner hauptsächlich nur Englisch sprechen. Auf Allergien wurde eher weniger acht gegeben trotz Rückfrage, ob das Allergen in der entsprechenden Speise enthalten ist. Grundsätzlich war man eher verwundert über einen so „langen“ Aufenthalt von einer Woche. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lies keine weiteren Wünsche offen, auch die Nähe zur Bergbahn war angenehm. »

"Hôtel typique très joli kid friendly avec de vraies infrastructures pour les enfants. Petit déjeuner varié et extrêmement diversifié de grande qualite. Logement propre et agréable. À souligner la chambre donnant côté jardin est extrêmement calme. Nous avons vraiment adoré le séjour!"

"Superbe chambre au calme avec vue sur les montagnes, très bien équipée, et lit très confortable. Parking extérieur réservé aux clients de l'hotêl. Seul bémol non négligeable pendant les fortes chaleur et incompréhensible pour un hôtel de ce standing : l'absence de climatisation ! Car difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour rafraîchir la chambre en raison des moustiques... (pour rappel l'hotêl est équipé d'une piscine extérieure et est à 15 min à pied du lac)"
