« Had activities throughout the day. Granddaughter loved the Karaoke. Shuttle service to SDC wasnât very good. On a Saturday evening sent a text saying they were shutting down service at 4:00pm the park didnât close until 7:00pm so that was disappointing. Had to make other arrangements for being picked up. »

« Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson.
I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice.
There was not a full kitchenette...

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« We have stayed here before and love the location and amenities. The pool, hot tub, and views are great. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
This time, the floor was not very clean, I swept and mopped it myself the first night we arrived because it felt grimy and our feet were getting dirty. There were live wasps in our room.
