We rented this VRBO unit for the weekend. We gained access shortly after 4:00 on September 27, 2025. We found there were towels stacked on the floor of the bathroom and the beds had not been changed. The floors and kitchen counter tops were dirty and uncleaned. In short, the unit had not been cleaned after the previous occupants.We contacted the host through the VRBO app and explained what we found. The host got in touch with the housekeeper who showed up shortly. Apparently she was new and there had been a miscommunication. She proceeded to change the towels in the bathrooms and the sheets on the two beds. And we were then on our own. The floors had not been cleaned nor the counter-tops nor the toilets. When we accessed the extra bedding for use on the futon and sofa’s, there was not sufficient sheets, blankets or pillowcases to make them out. The bottom sheet put on the king bed in the master did not cover the mattress edges. The mattress on the king bed in the master gave little to no support and our opinion should be changed out.The unit itself was nicely appointed – large TV’s, sufficient furniture, well-stocked kitchen with modern appliances. But it had not been prepared and cost us the full use of the unit.

Remote hosts communicated timely which is appreciated. Location is great and full function kitchen is convenient. Unit had hair and dust on most floors/rugs and the block wall paneling. AC mini splits are loud. King bed is the worst thing I have ever slept on, cheap foam with a seemingly broken box spring under it, couldn't even role over - debated sleeping on the couches but they are uncomfortable also. Everything is an "over the top" attempt as cheap as possible. Fan/light control only worked in one room. Master bath "sink/faucet" is hardly functional, but shower/water pressure was good. Furniture all felt like is was broken or about to break. Had to fix/clean the coffee maker before it would make a K cup. We were out and about so we didn't really use the TVs, and needed a password to add an app for the kids to watch something wasn't worth the hassle. If you prefer location and form over function, and pay no attention to detail, this place is for you.

The property is upscale with all; I mean all the modern appliances & conveniences. We were in walking distance of the downtown district with a free trolly to boot. The shower was the highlight of the stay and that was all the kids could do was rave about it. The loge I booked did not have the extra day for our vacation & this condo was at the last-minute find. Next year we will speed all our time at A1 Spacious Oasis. We love that it was so easy to reserve & the owners were very gracious & prompt to respond to all our concerns. Thank you, you made our vacation a dream come true. My only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The DeBoor Family.

Great apartment, very new and contemporary, loved the smart features and amenities throughout the home, very walkable to Main Street and Landing. Room was ready so we were allowed to check in early, very easy check-in process. Would stay here again!

Great location and stay

Friends and I wanted to be close to downtown Branson and this place was perfect. We could walk everywhere. The place had plenty of room for all of us and was well stocked and clean. The customer service was perfect—the owner responded within minutes when the VRBO app would t work. Thank you! We will be staying here in the future. So much better than a hotel!

Great Location, Accurate Listing

We recently stayed here with our family and had a blast. It’s a good location to walk to the historic downtown Branson shops (7 min) or to the newer outdoor mall called the Landing (12min) with many family friendly activities around. Very responsive owner who fixed a slight check-in hiccup in minutes and also notified us of forgotten clothing items and coordinated their return. Above and beyond!

Great location to Branson Landing

The condo was nice. We had a great time in Branson. If coffee lover, this condo has you covered with machine options. The oven is very small and hard to work. Otherwise, condo is stocked with the basic needs. Our family had fun.

Everything was great until we saw how dirty the main bathroom was as far as the toilet and trash after that we thought it will be fine then the bed we chose to sleep in was filled with hair and crumbs fortunately the other bed was clean, also the shower only last one person then there is no hot water

Perfect for our short stay

Our host was so gracious to get us in to this property with only two hours of notice. Everything was clean, and perfect for us. We loved the location, walking distance to all kinds of shopping. My kids favorite perk of this property was the heated toilet seat!

Great downtown condo

Excellent condo on the first floor. Looks kind of like a cabin on the outside, but the inside feels like Vegas or Miami. Fantastic location to walk around downtown. Would definitely recommend!!
