This property is down stairs on bottom floor. The upstairs neighbors were very loud several nights. It is very dark and not clean at bottom of stairwell. The condo worked for our family with the 3 beds. We had to contact the management team the 1st night due to the toilet in main bathroom being very wobbly, they very quickly reached out and sent someone to fix it. It was very warm in the bedrooms at night, fans would be beneficial. The toilet in the other bath, randomly started running. Water damage on floor behind fridge, and orange stains inside fridge from possible leak. No dish towels, only enough dishwasher soap for 3 loads and about 4 or 5 for washing machine. No types of condiments not even salt in condo. You are about 15 mins from stores. The outside patio was very dirty and some of the chairs had no cushion. We found trash outside on patio when we arrived from someone smoking, we did notify management of this since it is a smoke free condo. There was not much information in the condo about local area. We did find the binder that was hidden under tv in a binder same color as shelf that had information about complex. No pool towels at condo nor at the complex pool itself. We did use the pool and playground area. The river is beautiful when you walk down to it. Not enough plus in locations needed like beside beds. Could use better window coverings as it is very bright in mornings. overall the condo is nice and the the Management team is quick to respond to all needs.

Short on kitchen amenities

Most condos I have rented would typically have salt and pepper, sugar, sweetener at the least. So I was surprised it only had coffee. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

This home has a great view overlooking the golf course and water. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfy. We can't wait to book again!

Beds were comfortable. Wish there was an indoor hot tub. It's hard to keep an eye on kids if they are in the inside pool and you want to enjoy the hot tub.

The most horrible place we have ever (attempted) to stay. Dirty simply disgusting. They offered to send cleaning crew but this place looked like it hadn’t been touched. Hair on the bed, what seems like blood in bathroom. Dirty refrigerator and floors. Overall DIRTY

Wonderful stay

We arrived at our location at check-in. Our rental was not ready, it was still being cleaned. We waited about 30 minutes. The cleaning crew were very nice and we didn’t mind waiting. The stay was exactly what we paid for. Clean with a good layout. The instructions on how to leave the place when we checked out was very easy to understand. We would definitely use this service again.

Very limited parking. Front door entrance area very dirty. Refrigerator wasn't clean from some spill. Commode in one room didn't flush well at all leaving 5 people using one bathroom. Outdoor furniture was not clean.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed 4 nights and were very pleased with our experience. They provided anything we might need from cleaning supplies, aluminum foil, etc. the only thing we needed but didn't have was sugar! Location was great and the pool facilities were nice. We were close to all the activities we had planned and the property was beautiful. It was tucked out of the way so quiet in the evenings. Only small complaint was one of the beds was a little hard. But the other two were fairly comfortable. I've definitely stayed at places that the beds weren't as comfortable. All in all my family would stay here again.

The customer support team sent timely messages before, during and after our stay with important information. The property was clean, updated and well appointed. The Pointe Royale Resort is a nice area with amenities for the entire family, including golf, swimming pools and tennis courts.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and looked nice. There was also a pretty view of the golf course from the patio. Be advised that since you're right next to the golf course you will hear the mowers often. However, it's usually pretty quiet. The guest bedroom was really large and had two beds. Our girls really enjoyed it. A couple of things that could have made our stay even better would be provide more furniture to hold clothing. Both bedrooms lacked adequate places to store clothes for a long stay. Also, the living room couches could use some TLC. I sat on one end of the couch and it sank down a lot. The guest bedroom toilet gets clogged often. There wasn't a plunger in the unit, so I messaged the owner and they had one outside our door within 30 minutes. The owner was really attentive to our needs and always polite. Overall we had a great stay!

Hope you don’t want to unpack

This condo was underwhelming to put it nicely. It is a 1st level unit- walking down the dark unlit stairwell was not welcoming at all. Felt like I was walking to a basement. What baffled me was that there were no dressers! in either of the 2 bedrooms! Not 1 cabinet or any piece of furniture where you could unpack. There was no pantry to unpack your food! The people above our unit sounded like a herd of elephants at all hours of the day and night. Pointe Royal property is very pretty but this condo WAS NOT for us.

Branson vacation

Location good, patio wonderful, carpet very spotty and dirty. Dear owner, please provide space in the bedrooms for our stuff. And please leave a note for future vacationers that while in the shower, the water becomes scalding hot when a toilet is flushed. Wouldn’t want that to happen to a child. Otherwise, thank you!

Family Get-A-Way

Our older teenage boys appreciated having their own beds to stretch out in. The golf and fishing were highlights of the trip. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and the feeling of home without all the responsibility.
