„Very convenient location quick walk into the village. The house was clean and well stocked and very beautiful with lovely art work. If you have a little one, everything you need is there (ours is one) so it's a lot less you have to pack. Our six year old nephew LOVED his room with the bunk beds, the kids books and toys. The owners are quick to respond and answer any questions you might have. We had a great time kayaking. Can't wait to stay here again. “

„The cabin was clean, updated, and exactly as described. The host was great with communication and always answered our messages timely. It's in a perfect location too - just about 10 minutes from Otter Creek and about 20 minutes from Old Forge. “

„Absolutely beautiful! Beyond our expectations. Carol and Dan are so hospitable; we felt right at home. The cottage and grounds are well maintained - very clean! At night the stars are the greatest thing you've ever seen. Will be back for sure!“

„Fishing and Swimming is good. Boat Launch was a little wash out at the bottom so we didn't risk taking our boat on it so that was a little disappointing. Absolutely dead Cell Service but good Wifi so we were able to connect that way. Humid week so it was a little bit hot inside even with the fans going. Plenty of room for a big family. Jeff is a very good host.“

„The pictures do not do the property justice. Lots of room in both cabins. With dining and kitchen areas in both, had coffee maker and Keurig's in both buildings as well. And more important than the Lake being close, the ice cream shop is closer!! Also, a nice souvenir shop, restaurant and landmark Donut Shop are within walking distance as well. We look forward to staying here again, but are hoping this review doesn't cause it to be booked when we plan our next trip.“

„Wonderful access to the water with plenty of space to enjoy all the wonderful views that ADK has to offer.“

„We enjoyed the stay, everything we needed was there. The ad for the property said within a 2min walk for the lake and the photos looked as though we would just walk out and the lake would be there however the lake was a short drive maybe 4min. For all those seniors who may have a handicap you can't walk to the lake. The only other finding was alot of dog hair from a long haired dog on the floor and behind the couch, also some candy wrappers behind the couch from prior guests. “

„Our stay at the 1910 cottage exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had all the luxeries of home. Kris was very responsive and such a wonderful host. The lake access was super convenient and we enjoyed using all the lake toys. It was a stress-free, relaxing experience and we're looking forward to staying again!“

„We had a great time! The cottage is very cute and has lots of Adirondack details. We enjoyed great fires and were happily surprised by adequate towels and blankets, etc., which made the stay extra comfy and restful. It is so nice that the kitchen is equipped with many nice dishes, tea, coffee and cocoa. “
