„Experiência incrível“

„Do not stay here, bugs and in poor condition! Room was the size of a closet with a child's bunkbed inside. Shower had bugs. Toliet didn't work. Do not stay here!!“

„Property sent me a message through Expedia’s inbox telling me they weren't able to host me and that I should contact Expedia to manage my reservation. Mind you, Expedia won’t refund me because they were never able to get in contact with the property. Very frustrating situation where I had to pay for a stay that I actually never stayed. I had no place to stay over night, the city was overcrowded, barely any room left and I had to find another place to stay, not through Expedia of course, ...
