Surrounded by mature aspen and pine trees. Wooden bridge over the babbling Sawmill creek leads you to the front door. Living room patio borders the ski run. Access to Upper Village Pool and hot tubs.

This freshly remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo is an amazing place to stay in Breckenridge. Ground floor unit, it takes 3 stairs to get on the bridge and 2 stair to the condo. You can walk down the hill to all the quaint little shops, charming cafes and local restaurants on Main Street, and take the bus up the hill if you prefer. It’s an easy walk back though. Your stay comes with free parking and no resort fees.
In the winter, just look right from the parking lot and you will see Snowflake lift. After the lifts close, ski back to the condo via Lower Four O’Clock Run, the longest run in Breckenridge. Or ski down for a quick bite for lunch or hot cocoa break in the middle of your day. In the evening, rest on the couch and watch your kids sledding just outside.
In the summer, there is an easy hiking trail to Sawmill reservoir under the Snowflake lift. It follows a creek under a cool tree canopy to a beautiful small reservoir. Or you can hike straight from your patio.
Explore nearby trails, hit the slopes, visit historic Main Street or simply relax in ultimate comfort. Cozy up on the patio with a cup of tea in the morning and wine at night for a peaceful evening under the stars. Find your happy place in our cozy and comfortable condo!

The condo opens to a spacious living room/kitchen area with large windows and balcony door facing the ski run. Beautifully updated kitchen is equipped with all essentials for preparing your meals or snacks. There is seating for 4 at the dining table. Perfect for chilly evenings, enjoy the steel clad gas-burning fireplace. Comfortable seating includes a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress to lounge on while watching a movie or your favorite show (live DISH TV channels). There is a live edge slab desk and comfy chair if you need some work done. From the living room, you can walk out to your private patio with 2 hairs and a small table. If you are lucky, you could see a moose. The bedroom is furnished with a comfy king size bed with luxury down bedding, large closet and a dresser. Just across the hallway is a tiled bathroom with shower with nice toiletries. Stylish live edge vanity with a vessel sink.

Living room - Nice living room with gas fireplace, comfy sitting area and wall mounted TV. You can walk out to a patio facing the Four O'Clock Ski Run.

Kitchen - Kitchen with all essential and granite countertops. Enjoy your delicious meals at the dining table for 4 or right at the kitchen bar.

Bedroom - The bedroom features a king size bed, large closet and window facing the creek. There is a wall-mounted TV (you can log-in to your favorite entertainment provider).

Washer and dryer - There is a small washer and dryer in the condo. Coin operated ones are also available in building C.

Parking - The condo comes with free parking for 1 car.

TV - Live channels on the living room tv. Both TVs offer the option to log in to your favorite entertainment provider.

Wi-fi. Free fast wi-fi through Allo provided. Enthernet connection is available.



Pool and Hot Tubs - You will have access to the off-property Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs. It’s a lovely, about 5 minute walk on Primrose Path in the summer. Hours are usually noon to 8pm. It's located about three blocks from the condo. The clubhouse is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then during the regular ski season (closing sometimes at the beginning of April. 2026 dates - closing on 9/27, reopening on 11/20.

Ski-In Ski-Out. A 1 min walk to the Snowflake lift - less if you’re excited. It will take you to Peak 8. At the end of the day, you can ski all the way back to the condo via the Four O'Clock Ski Run (snow permitting). Alternatively, there is a bus less than one block away that would take you to the Gondola. The bus is free and takes only about 3 minutes.
